Key Responsibilities

·      Answer and direct incoming communications, including phone and inboxes

·      Monitor and respond to customer inquiries received through various inboxes, website contact forms, and social media platforms

·      Maintain customer issue logs and assist with follow-up communication

·      Perform data entry and maintain company records

·      Coordinate onboarding packages, uniforms, and name tags

Position Overview

Mintink Sports Cards Inc. is hiring a Social Media Coordinator to support the execution of social media content, community engagement, and content creation across the company's digital platforms.

This role is responsible for day-to-day posting, content capture, basic video editing, and supporting Mintink's events, promotions, and brand initiatives. The successful candidate will be highly organized, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

·      Publish content across Mintink's social media platforms

·      Create captions and social copy aligned with the Mintink brand

·      Capture photo and video content for products, events, and in-store activations

·      Create and edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels

·      Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages professionally and in a timely manner

·      Support social media coverage for events, promotions, and community initiatives

Qualifications

Position Overview

Mintink Sports Cards Inc. is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our HQ facility, including Listing, Grading, and Live Streaming departments. This role supports operational structure, workflow coordination, accountability, and communication across multiple operational teams.

The Operations Manager will work closely with department leads and senior leadership to improve operational efficiency, team communication, and cross-functional collaboration while helping build scalable systems to support Mintink’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

·       Oversee daily operations across Listing, Grading, and Live Streaming departments

·       Support department managers with planning, communication, and workflow coordination.

·       Provide operational reporting, updates, and performance visibility to the Director of Retail and senior leadership 

·       Support execution of company priorities and operational initiatives established by senior leadership 

·       Partner with retail and operational leadership to improve accountability, communication, and workflow efficiency

·       Ensure operational priorities, deadlines, and responsibilities are clearly communicated and executed

·       Monitor operational workflow and identify bottlenecks or process gaps

·       Support coordination between HQ operations and retail store teams

·       Reinforce operational procedures, standards, and workplace expectations

·       Support workflow improvements, operational organization, and process consistency

·       Support cross-functional coordination between operational, fulfillment, and retail teams

·       Assist with communication and collaboration across departments

 

 

Qualifications

·       Previous operations, fulfillment, warehouse, retail operations, or logistics leadership experience preferred

·       Strong organizational and communication skills

·       Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment

·       Strong attention to detail and follow-through

·       Ability to support teams, reinforce accountability, and maintain operational consistency

·       Comfortable using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and operational systems

Position Overview

Mintink Sports Cards Inc. is hiring energetic and customer-focused Live Streamers / Breakers to join our Mintink Live team. This role is responsible for hosting live breaking streams, presenting products on camera, and engaging with customers in real time across live-selling platforms.

This is a performance-driven role that combines entertainment, product knowledge, accuracy, and customer service. Live Streamers / Breakers are expected to represent the Mintink brand professionally while delivering an engaging, trustworthy, and compliant live shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

Live Streaming & Break Execution

·      Host live streams on Whatnot and other approved platforms under the Mintink Live brand

·      Open and present sports card and TCG products accurately and professionally on camera

·      Maintain high energy, engagement, and clear communication throughout live streams

Customer Engagement & Order Accuracy

·      Interact with customers live by answering questions and acknowledging purchases

·      Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment by matching pulled cards to customer orders

·      Maintain an organized and compliant streaming workspace

Brand Representation & Promotion

·      Represent Mintink professionally on camera and in all customer interactions

This is a basic data entry role that requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to follow documented workflows and standards. The Listing Specialist plays an important role in maintaining clean, organized, and accurate product data that supports day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Data Entry

·      Create and update product listings using provided templates and guidelines

·      Enter accurate product information including titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, and categories

·      Maintain consistency and accuracy across listings and internal systems

Data Accuracy & Quality Control

·      Follow established naming conventions and listing standards

·      Perform basic quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
