Location: Concord, Ontario (On-site)

Core Qualifications & Experience Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 2–4 years of experience in videography with a strong emphasis on social media and branded content
  • A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing social-first video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and long-form)
  • Podcast and OBS production
  • Proven experience producing commercial video content for products, events, or retail
  • Ability to concept, shoot, and edit independently and quickly
  • Experience creating content in a high-speed, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Education:

Social Media Co-Ordinator — Vaughan, ON

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content coordination
  • Strong copywriting and caption-writing skills tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube
  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling and managing content calendars using tools like Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native schedulers
  • Understanding of best practices for timing, engagement optimization, and hashtag strategy
  • Ability to write in a brand’s tone of voice and adjust messaging for different audiences
  • Experience collaborating with content creators, videographers, and designers

  • Drive in-store sales by actively engaging customers, identifying needs, and recommending the right products—whether it’s a hobby box, graded card, or a kid’s first Pokémon pack
  • Greet every customer with energy and excitement, creating a warm and welcoming environment

  • Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring the store runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably

Live Streamer

Location: Concord, Ontario (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host engaging live streams that entertain, inform, and most importantly—sell products (cards, slabs, packs, boxes, merch, etc.)
  • Use your sales experience to move inventory, upsell, and build urgency during drops, auctions, and giveaways
  • Actively engage with live viewers—shouting out names, answering questions, and creating a welcoming, energetic stream environmentSpeak confidently about sports, TCGs, and collectibles with product knowledge and charisma
  • Work closely with the content, retail, and logistics teams to prepare product, pricing, and live show flowEnsure accuracy during pack openings, card reveals, and order fulfillment
  • Maintain professionalism and brand voice, even under pressure or high-volume activityMust-Have Qualifications:Prior live streaming experience is required (TikTok, Whatnot, Twitch, IG Live, etc.)

Card Grading & Procurement Specialist

Location: Concord, Ontario (On-site)

Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, evaluate, and purchase sports cards, TCG (Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, MTG, etc.), and collectibles for resale
  • Assess the grade-worthiness of raw cards using deep knowledge of grading standards (PSA, BGS, CGC)
  • Work directly with grading companies to prepare, submit, track, and process graded card orders
  • Maintain detailed records of submissions, returns, and values associated with inventory flow
  • Stay current on market trends, pop reports, card prices, and demand shifts across multiple categories
  • Help evaluate trade-ins, walk-ins, and customer collections, providing fair value assessments
  • Support the buying strategy for both retail and online platforms (eBay,Mintink.ca, shows, etc.)
  • Ensure authenticity, condition, and legitimacy of all acquired items through careful inspection and vetting
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan high-value acquisition budgets and inventory targets
  • ttend card shows, industry events, and live stream nights to build sourcing relationships

  • Experience with high-end memorabilia, autographs, jerseys, or authenticated collectibles
  • Comfortable being on camera during grading reveals, card discussions, or live acquisitions
  • Familiar with tools like Market Movers, Card Ladder, eBay comps, 130point, or Alt ValueNetwork of personal or dealer relationships in the hobby
  • Experience creating or following standard operating procedures (SOPs) around authentication or procurement
  • Familiarity with retail or ecommerce platforms (Shopify, eBay, POS tools)

eCommerce & Shipping Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse roles preferably with 2+ years in supervisor capacity.
  • Knowledge of shipping carriers, shipping software (Shopify, eBay, WhatNot must have), and tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with customs regulations and import/export documentation.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in shipping and inventory management.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy boxes or packages when necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel during day (package drop offs) and to events as needed.
  • 40 hours per week, variable schedule based on business needs.
  • Must have vehicle & a valid G driver's license

Duties:

  • Daily management of shipping orders via eBay, WhatNot, Shopify for same day processing and drop off to carrier locations.
  • Daily review of customer messages as it relates to shipping orders, via various platforms, with professional responses.
  • Daily shipping team work flow management (picking, sorting packing and shipping)
  • Daily communication with internal teams and customers while escalating issues to management for resolution Daily pursuit of zero errors within internal process flows, requires team work and leadership.
