Must-Haves:
- 2–4 years of experience in videography with a strong emphasis on social media and branded content
- A strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing social-first video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and long-form)
- Podcast and OBS production
- Proven experience producing commercial video content for products, events, or retail
- Ability to concept, shoot, and edit independently and quickly

- Source, evaluate, and purchase sports cards, TCG (Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, MTG, etc.), and collectibles for resale
- Assess the grade-worthiness of raw cards using deep knowledge of grading standards (PSA, BGS, CGC)
- Work directly with grading companies to prepare, submit, track, and process graded card orders
- Maintain detailed records of submissions, returns, and values associated with inventory flow
- Stay current on market trends, pop reports, card prices, and demand shifts across multiple categories
- Help evaluate trade-ins, walk-ins, and customer collections, providing fair value assessments
- Support the buying strategy for both retail and online platforms (eBay,Mintink.ca, shows, etc.)
- Ensure authenticity, condition, and legitimacy of all acquired items through careful inspection and vetting
- Collaborate with leadership to plan high-value acquisition budgets and inventory targets

Requirements:
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse roles preferably with 2+ years in supervisor capacity.
- Knowledge of shipping carriers, shipping software (Shopify, eBay, WhatNot must have), and tracking systems.
- Familiarity with customs regulations and import/export documentation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in shipping and inventory management.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy boxes or packages when necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel during day (package drop offs) and to events as needed.
- 40 hours per week, variable schedule based on business needs.

Duties:
- Daily management of shipping orders via eBay, WhatNot, Shopify for same day processing and drop off to carrier locations.
- Daily review of customer messages as it relates to shipping orders, via various platforms, with professional responses.
- Daily shipping team work flow management (picking, sorting packing and shipping)
