LIVE BREAKS

This policy applies to all Live Breaks conducted by Mintink through various online platforms. Participants are expected to behave respectfully, adhere to community guidelines, and refrain from any disruptive or inappropriate behavior during Live Breaks. Mintink will provide information about upcoming Live Breaks, including date, time, and available products, through its website and other communication channels. To participate in a Live Break, Participants must register, pay the required fees, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Payment for Live Break spots must be made in advance and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Live Breaks will be conducted transparently, ensuring that all participants can clearly see the card packs being opened and the contents revealed. ALL customer Items that are purchased during a live break MUST be picked up within 60 days – after 60 days we are not responsible for holding such items. Live Breaks may be recorded and streamed on various platforms. By participating, Participants grant Mintink the right to use and distribute the content. Participants with concerns or complaints should contact Mintink through the designated channels we will review and address complaints and disputes in accordance with our policies and best practices. Mintink reserves the right to cancel Live Breaks for various reasons, including technical issues or insufficient participation. Mintink makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the outcome of Live Breaks, including the specific cards or contents received by Participants. Mintink is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from Live Breaks, including but not limited to the value of trading cards or other items. By participating in Live Breaks, Participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Failure to comply may result in sanctions or exclusion from future Live Breaks.

LIVE AUCTIONS

This policy applies to all Live Auctions conducted by Mintink through various online platforms. Online auctions conducted in real-time by [Company Name] where trading cards and related items are offered for sale to Participants through a bidding process. Participants are expected to behave respectfully, adhere to auction rules and guidelines, and refrain from any disruptive or inappropriate behavior during Live Auctions. Mintink will provide information about upcoming Live Auctions, including date, time, and available items, through its website and other communication channels. To participate in a Live Auction, Participants must register, agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy, and provide necessary information. Bidding during Live Auctions is conducted in real-time, and Participants must actively engage in the bidding process. Payment for auctioned items must be made promptly after winning a bid, following the payment methods specified by Mintink. Please note: ALL Auction Items MUST be paid within One (1) week of bidding – Mintink will hold paid items for a period 60 days - after 60 days we are not responsible for holding such items. Mintink will designate an auctioneer to conduct Live Auctions, ensuring fair and transparent proceedings. Participants may place bids during the Live Auctions. The highest bidder for an item wins the auction. Bid increments will be established by Mintink and communicated to Participants. Some items may have reserve prices set by the seller. If the reserve price is not met, the item may not be sold. The highest bidder at the end of the auction wins the item and is obligated to complete the purchase. Payment for won items must be made promptly following the auction. Mintink will arrange for the delivery of auctioned items to the winning bidders. Shipping costs and timelines will be communicated. Participants with concerns or disputes should contact Mintink through the designated channels and we will review and address disputes in accordance with our policies and best practices. Mintink reserves the right to cancel Live Auctions for various reasons, including technical issues or insufficient participation and may reschedule Live Auctions and will inform Participants in advance. Mintink makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition, authenticity, or value of auctioned items. Mintink is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from Live Auctions, including but not limited to the condition or authenticity of auctioned items.
