Pre-order cancellations/quantity reduction policy
Cancellation and/or Reduction in Quantities of all Pre-Orders for Sports Card Products, Trading Card Game Sealed Product, and other Collectible/Randomized Card Products are NOT Permitted, as all Pre Order products are allocated for “limited time” and available on a “first-come, first-served basis” while quantities last. All items purchased during the “Pre Order” window are Final Sale!
Release date delays can occur in some instances related to product allocations, production or distribution factors and other logistics that are completely out of our control. For any products that are delayed as a result of this will NOT serve as any reason to circumvent this policy.
Pre-order price protection
If we lower the price of a Pre-Order product before its release date you will be credited the difference on a digital gift card which can be redeemed online or in-store on a future purchase. If we raise the price of a Pre-Order product, the cost to you will not change.
Pre-order Checkout Guidelines
- Pre order’s with separate release dates cannot be combined at checkout.
- Pre Order’s regardless of sport or Pokémon cannot be combined at checkout – as multi-sport dates can tend to fluctuate and must be purchased separately
- Pre Order’s that are Pokémon only with the same release date can be combined
- Pre Order’s that are Pokémon only but have different release dates cannot be combined at checkout and must be purchased separately
- Pre Order’s that include Multi-sport products cannot be combined – even if expected release date is the same, as dates can fluctuate and must be purchased separately
- Pre Order Combos: A combo with two or more items with or without the same expected release date cannot be processed for shipping until the last items official release date.
