Position Overview
Mintink Sports Cards Inc. is hiring a Director of Finance to oversee financial operations, reporting, and financial planning across the organization.
This role combines strategic financial oversight with hands-on leadership of accounting and finance functions. The successful candidate will monitor financial performance, maintain financial discipline, and support executive leadership with financial analysis and decision-making.
This is a leadership role responsible for financial oversight, operational support, and financial accountability across the company.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operations
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Monitor company financial performance and key financial metrics
• Monitor cash flow and working capital to support inventory purchasing and operational needs
• Provide financial analysis across retail, eCommerce, and live-selling operations
• Support executive leadership with financial reporting and insights
• Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with accounting standards
• Oversee payroll processes and vendor payments
• Improve financial reporting processes and operational efficiency

Position Overview
Mintink Sports Cards Inc. is hiring a PSA Data Entry Specialist to support our grading operations. This role is responsible for accurately entering and maintaining PSA submission and return data to ensure grading records are complete, consistent, and reliable.
This is a detail-oriented, on-site role focused on data accuracy and operational execution. It is not a grading or authentication decision-making position.
Key Responsibilities
· Enter and verify PSA grading data with a high degree of accuracy
· Maintain organized and up-to-date grading records
· Support grading turnaround timelines through efficient data processing
· Follow Mintink SOPs related to grading data, security, and compliance
Qualifications
· Previous data entry or administrative experience required
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Comfortable working with spreadsheets and internal systems

Position Overview
Mintink Sports Cards Inc. is hiring a Social Media Coordinator to support day-to-day social media execution, community engagement, and event-related content across our platforms.
This role is responsible for posting daily content, managing comments and messages, and supporting in-store and event activations through timely, on-brand social coverage. The Social Media Coordinator works closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure consistent posting, clear communication, and strong brand representation.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. It is not a strategy, management, or creative director position.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Execution
- Publish daily content across Mintink’s social media platforms
- Write clear, brand-aligned captions and short-form copy
- Follow content calendars, posting schedules, and guidelines
- Use scheduling tools to manage and organize posts
Community Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and messages in a timely manner
- Maintain a consistent, professional brand voice
- Escalate or redirect customer inquiries as required
Events & Content Support
- Support in-store events, promotions, and activations with social coverage
- Capture and post live or same-day content during select events
- Assist with organizing and uploading event-related content
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media, content coordination, or digital marketing
- Strong written communication and caption-writing skills
- Comfortable posting content daily and working within set guidelines
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable interacting with customers both online and in person
Experience in retail, events, or community-based brands is an asset.
Familiarity with sports cards or collectibles is helpful, but not required.

Mintink Sports Cards Inc. is hiring energetic and customer-focused Live Streamers / Breakers to join our Mintink Live team. This role is responsible for hosting live breaking streams, presenting products on camera, and engaging with customers in real time across live-selling platforms.
This is a performance-driven role that combines entertainment, product knowledge, accuracy, and customer service. Live Streamers / Breakers are expected to represent the Mintink brand professionally while delivering an engaging, trustworthy, and compliant live shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Live Streaming & Break Execution
· Host live streams on Whatnot and other approved platforms under the Mintink Live brand
· Open and present sports card and TCG products accurately and professionally on camera
· Maintain high energy, engagement, and clear communication throughout live streams
Customer Engagement & Order Accuracy
· Interact with customers live by answering questions and acknowledging purchases
· Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment by matching pulled cards to customer orders
· Maintain an organized and compliant streaming workspace
Brand Representation & Promotion
· Represent Mintink professionally on camera and in all customer interactions
· Promote Mintink events, services, grading, and new product releases during streams

This is a basic data entry role that requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to follow documented workflows and standards. The Listing Specialist plays an important role in maintaining clean, organized, and accurate product data that supports day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Product Listing & Data Entry
· Create and update product listings using provided templates and guidelines
· Enter accurate product information including titles, descriptions, pricing, SKUs, and categories
· Maintain consistency and accuracy across listings and internal systems
Data Accuracy & Quality Control
· Follow established naming conventions and listing standards
· Perform basic quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
